I test the security of IoT products, analyse vulnerabilities and own test automation within a Security team - day to day as a Senior Engineer Software QA - Pentester at Xperi. Before that I built my experience at Bosch Poland, on hardware testing across IoT and automotive.

My specialisation is IoT hacking. I analyse both hardware and software - in embedded devices the line between the two is largely notional, and the most interesting bugs sit exactly on that boundary. I run penetration tests on networked devices, embedded and industrial systems, and automotive solutions.

Since 2022 I have also run my own practice: compliance audits, hardware security and support with NIS2, ISO 27001 and the Polish National Cybersecurity System. The cheapest moment to find a vulnerability is before launch; the most expensive is when someone else finds it.

I am Founder and President of the „Bezpieczniki” student society at WIT Academy. In 2025-2026 I also served as Chair of the Academic Cyber Council operating under the patronage of the Cyberspace Defence Forces Component Command.

I organise workshops, meetups and hands-on exercises with industry experts and institutions. It comes down to two things: raising awareness of cyber hygiene, and preparing the next generation of specialists. The industry is short of people who understand hardware - I'm trying to close that gap a little.
